Most likely, yes! Because we use real human artists and not AI, we can work with imperfect photos. We can often recreate missing ears or work with messy backgrounds (we remove the background anyway). Just upload your favorite, and if our artists need a better reference, we’ll reach out to you within 24 hours.

Yes! We offer unlimited free revisions. We know how important getting the details right is. We will email you the artwork for approval before it goes to print. If you want the eye color tweaked or a detail changed, just tell us. We don't print until you are 100% in love with it.

Absolutely not. Every KokoHearts portrait is individually hand-drawn from scratch by a real artist—never generated by an AI filter or one-click app.

Our artists carefully study your pet’s unique features, expression, colors, and personality, then create the portrait stroke by stroke. You’ll receive a preview and can request unlimited revisions before printing.

For an even closer look, you can add an optional time-lapse drawing video and watch your portrait come to life.

Our frame mouldings on black, white and walnut frames are 1 inch. Final framed dimensions are:

You can include up to four pets in one portrait. We create portraits of dogs, cats, horses, birds, rabbits, and many other animals.
