Any angle works: Eye-level is classic, but looking up, looking down, or goofy sleeping poses are totally welcome! We draw what you love.
Clear lighting helps: Natural daylight helps our artists see their true fur colors and the sparkle in their eyes.
Messy background? No problem: Don't worry if the photo was taken in a cluttered room. Our artists will completely ignore the background and focus only on your beautiful pet.
No blur, more magic: We can work with older photos, but the clearer the image, the more fine details we can hand-paint.

Most likely, yes! Because we use real human artists and not AI, we can work with imperfect photos. We can often recreate missing ears or work with messy backgrounds (we remove the background anyway). Just upload your favorite, and if our artists need a better reference, we’ll reach out to you within 24 hours.
Yes! We offer unlimited free revisions. We know how important getting the details right is. We will email you the artwork for approval before it goes to print. If you want the eye color tweaked or a detail changed, just tell us. We don't print until you are 100% in love with it.

Our frame mouldings on black, white and walnut frames are 1 inch. Final framed dimensions are:

You can include up to four pets in one portrait. We create portraits of dogs, cats, horses, birds, rabbits, and many other animals.
