Most likely, yes! Because we use real human artists and not AI, we can work with imperfect photos. We can often recreate missing ears or work with messy backgrounds (we remove the background anyway). Just upload your favorite, and if our artists need a better reference, we’ll reach out to you within 24 hours.

Yes! We offer unlimited free revisions. We know how important getting the details right is. We will email you the artwork for approval before it goes to print. If you want the eye color tweaked or a detail changed, just tell us. We don't print until you are 100% in love with it.

Absolutely not. We believe your pet’s soul can’t be captured by an algorithm. Every Koko portrait is 100% digitally hand-drawn from scratch by a real artist. We even send you a time-lapse video of the drawing process so you can see your masterpiece come to life stroke by stroke.

Our frame mouldings on black, white and walnut frames are 1 inch. Final framed dimensions are:

You can have a maximum of three pets per portrait. We love all pets and can illustrate any of them from fish to pups!
