Most likely, yes! Because we use real human artists and not AI filters, we can often work with imperfect photos, missing edges, or messy backgrounds. Choose the photo that feels most like your pet. If our artists need more detail, we’ll email you for another reference.

Yes. We email your artwork for approval before printing. Small revisions are unlimited. Major revisions cost $20 each. Before charging you or continuing with a paid major revision, we’ll explain the requested change and get your confirmation.

Absolutely not. Every KokoHearts portrait is individually hand-drawn by a real artist—never generated by an AI filter or one-click app.

Our artists study your pet’s features, expression, colors, and personality. When the artwork is ready, we’ll email you a preview to review before printing.

The available sizes and frame choices are shown in the product customizer above. Single-pet portraits are vertical and multi-pet portraits are horizontal, so dimensions vary by product. Please use the exact options shown for the portrait you are ordering.

You can include up to four pets in one portrait. We create portraits of dogs, cats, horses, birds, rabbits, and many other animals.

Each pet is carefully hand-drawn by a real artist, with special attention given to their unique features, expression, colors, and personality.

This optional add-on provides a 30–60 second video of the drawing process, allowing you to watch your custom portrait come to life stroke by stroke. It also shows that your artwork was hand-drawn by a real artist—not generated by AI. You’re welcome to save it or share it on social media.
